Our loyalty program has completed its second cycle (October 1st, 2023 - March 31st, 2024). Starting from April 2024, we will begin the new cycle and update member tier based on cumulative value. Please check your updated member tier on the L's Place app.
Customers who have achieved Silver, Gold, or Diamond tier will get cash reward that will be credited to your personal bonus account displayed on our app. You can use cash rewards to shop at L's Place stores and other privileges below:

Loyalty Points: For every 10,000 VND shopping at L’s Place, you will get 1 point.
Cashback and Cash reward when tier up is added to your personal bonus account, which is used to pay for any order at L’s Place, cannot redeem into cash, and is not affected when restarting a cycle.
Cycle 1: From April 1 to September 30

Cycle 2: From October 1 to March 31 the following year.
Membership Tier will be updated on the first day of the new Cycle, according to Loyalty Points you have earned in the previous Cycle.
